سياسة الفحص والاستلام

حرصًا منا على رضا عملائنا، يمكنكم فحص المنتج عند الاستلام بحضور مندوب الشحن، كما يمكن قياس أو تجربة المنتج للتأكد من المقاس والمواصفات.

في حال عدم الرضا عن المنتج أثناء الاستلام، يمكنكم إرجاعه فورًا مع المندوب، مع دفع مصروفات الشحن فقط.

يرجى العلم أنه بعد انصراف مندوب الشحن من مكان التسليم، لا يمكن طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، لذا نرجو التأكد من فحص وتجربة المنتج جيدًا قبل استلام

Inspection Upon Delivery

For customer satisfaction, you may inspect the product upon delivery in the presence of the shipping representative. You may also check the size and try the item to ensure it meets your expectations.

If you are not satisfied with the product at the time of delivery, you may return it immediately to the courier while paying only the shipping fees.

Please note that once the courier leaves the delivery location, returns or exchanges will no longer be accepted. Therefore, we kindly ask you to inspect and try the product carefully before completing the delivery.
